49M New place in Waco, TX

I was driving through Waco and found a new place on my sniffies app. Stopped- place is north of Waco on 35E. Mistress. Has an arcade and theater.

I paid $15 for an all day pass to the theater. It was small. 4 screens. A square padded bench in the middle of the room with seating on it. Maybe 2-3 guys on each side could fit.

3 others there. Some jerking, sucking. But otherwise not much. Very little air conitioning and it felt warm. I did stroke and cum.

Nice place for the guys in and around Waco. Not sure I'll return though.
