My Boss Has Stated That She Wants A FWB Arrangement

44/married male with super high sex drive. Love my wife and when we make love it’s amazing. However, we go weeks without it as she has low sex drive.

She is going to see her doctor about this. In the interim, I have a FWB who takes care of the sexual needs periodically.

Recently however, I’ve noticed some more than normal / usual flirting coming from my boss. 46/F who has been divorced for about a year. She comments on my appearance a lot and has had some private “meetings” where after we talk business, we talk about our sex lives.

I divulged to her about my FWB situation, to which, to my surprise, she was very cool with and actually recommended i stop seeing that FWB and she and I begin an arrangement. I told her about my reservations but she reassured me this would be between us and to help “scratch an itch” we both need to”scratching” sexually!

Although I’ve never slept with a coworker ever, I’m looking forward to this possibility.
