Need help finding an older story

Hello reader, thanks for stopping and listening to me. As the title says, hopefully somebody knows about this "series" I'm looking for.

Can't remember if it was on chyoa or xnxx stories or another site.

The story was about a female scientist/doctor that lost their lover, the only thing left was there testicles. So as you do, she attaches them to her dog so she can be impregnated by her lover. In the following parts said the dog fucks his master and other female(s) as well. One of which was a gamer that needed help focusing and ignore the dog as she was unknowingly breed, she than finds the owner and requests that the dog helps her train more for the upcoming competition.

I don't remember if it was just a 2 part or more series but hope somebody might have a clue. I'll keep looking myself and will post the title below if I find it myself later. Thanks for listening
