Trying to get back into writing after way too long. Any writing tips for beast stories?

A while ago, I came up with an idea for the [Wonderful World Of Pasiphae](https://www.reddit.com/user/Rap3_Dragon/comments/1dyjpk2/the_wonderful_world_of_pasiphae/). Basically a setting that only consists of cute girls and strong monsters fucking them. I wanted to write a bunch of stories in that setting, but it never worked out. Now I only have the introduction and a single one shot over on [Hentai Foundry](https://www.hentai-foundry.com/user/rap3dragon/profile) and I really want to get back into it. You'll see that I have loads of ideas if you scroll down my profile.

Unfortunately, it's been way too long since I wrote anything naughty and now I'm pretty much back to square one as a smut writer. Got any tips? I've seen a lot of beast stories talk about the scent of the male beast as being musky, but since I'm neither a native speaker nor familiar with how different odors are called, I don't really know what that means....
